How It Works
- Small-group format with a maximum of 8 participants.
- Participants are selected through a pre-interview to ensure the group is a safe, supportive, and effective space for everyone.
- 5-week program with one 2-hour session each week.
- Includes regular in-session feedback and optional individual support between sessions.
- Cost: EUR 300 for hybrid format, EUR 250 for online format. In-person sessions take place in Geneva, Switzerland.
