Many people experience emotional, mental, or even physical suffering when they feel disconnected from themselves. When we don’t live in a way that feels true to us, life can feel harder, decisions become confusing, and stress builds up.
For many of us, this disconnection began early. We were rarely encouraged to ask, What do I really want? And when we’ve experienced difficult or overwhelming events, we may start doubting our instincts or reacting in ways we don’t fully understand.
Trauma isn’t only extreme experiences like war or abuse. It can also come from childhood fears, ongoing conflict, or witnessing suffering. When stress overwhelms our capacity to cope, the nervous system can remain stuck in survival mode: on edge, overwhelmed, or emotionally shut down.
This is why I believe working with the body and the subconscious mind is essential. Our bodies have natural ways to process stress and restore balance.
I also believe that every person already carries the inner knowledge and resources needed to feel better. My role is to help clients reconnect with this inner wisdom and rediscover the tools that are already within them.
